Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full contact sport utilizing grappling and striking techniques from a standing position to on the ground. Using the components of MMA, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), students will build physical and mental toughness. Combat sports cross-training is being incorporated by college and professional football teams to broaden and magnify a body to perform at the highest level.
Our classes are taught in a clean, friendly environment where we emphasize skill, strategy and technique.
